Current status
Fund My Team is in active development and paid subscriptions are not being sold on this website. No payment information is collected here, and submitting the early access form does not create a subscription or a payment obligation.
Subscription pricing and disclosure
Fund My Team subscription pricing is being finalized and will be disclosed before any paid subscription begins. When paid plans become available, the price, the billing interval (for example monthly or annual), the renewal date and any applicable taxes will be shown before you confirm a purchase.
Fundraising and transaction fees
Fundraising products may have separate transaction-based pricing. Sprint Raise, Fund My Team LLC's peer-to-peer fundraising product, does not require a standalone monthly subscription and uses percentage-based campaign pricing. Fundraising fees and payment-processing fees are disclosed separately from any Fund My Team subscription, and a Fund My Team subscription does not eliminate payment-processing fees.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Those processors may charge their own fees and apply their own terms.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions, once offered, are expected to renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at info@fundmyteam.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for periods already served. We review refund requests in good faith, and we will issue a refund where required by applicable law or where a billing error occurred on our side. Donations, purchases and fundraising transactions are governed by the terms of the fundraising product or store where they were made.
