Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Fund My Team LLC ("Fund My Team", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the services.

Fund My Team is a team-management and fundraising platform being developed for schools, clubs, booster organizations, youth sports programs and similar groups. Features described on this website are labeled to indicate whether they are in development, planned or offered through a specific product. Features that are in development or planned are not guaranteed, may change, and may not be available to every customer.

You must provide accurate information when requesting access or creating an account, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or to submit information through this website.

If you use the service on behalf of a school, club, booster organization or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization and to bind it to these Terms. Organization administrators are responsible for the users they invite and for the roles and permissions they grant.

Organizations are responsible for the content they upload or publish, including rosters, participant information, photos, logos, campaign text and communications, and for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. Organizations are also responsible for obtaining any parental or guardian permissions required for participant information under applicable law and their own policies.

Sprint Raise is Fund My Team LLC's peer-to-peer fundraising product. It can operate independently and is being built to serve as a fundraising option within the Fund My Team ecosystem.

Fundraising activity conducted through Sprint Raise is governed by the terms and pricing published for that product at sprintraise.com. Organizations are responsible for complying with any charitable solicitation, registration, tax and reporting obligations that apply to their fundraising.

Fund My Team subscription pricing is being finalized and will be disclosed before any paid subscription begins. Where paid plans are offered, the price, billing interval, renewal terms and applicable taxes will be presented before purchase. Fundraising products may carry separate transaction-based pricing, and payment-processing fees may apply to transactions regardless of any subscription.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access generally continues through the end of the paid period. Fees for periods already served are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a billing error occurred on our side. See our Billing & Cancellation page for details.

The service relies on third-party providers, including payment processors, messaging providers, email providers and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Where SMS messaging is offered, you will be asked to provide express written consent before receiving text messages from Fund My Team LLC. Consent is never required as a condition of purchase or of using the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.

The Fund My Team name, logos, website and software are owned by Fund My Team LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the logos, images and other content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display and adapt that content solely as needed to operate and provide the service to you — for example, showing your logo on your team pages, campaigns and communications.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
• misrepresent an organization, campaign, beneficiary or use of funds;
• upload content that infringes the rights of others or is harmful or abusive;
• send unsolicited messages or violate applicable messaging or privacy laws;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any feature described as in development or planned will be released.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fund My Team LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost fundraising proceeds or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fund My Team LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your content, your fundraising activity, your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if continued access presents a risk to other users, to the service or to us. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms as the service develops. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
