Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 21, 2026

1. Who we are

Fund My Team LLC ("Fund My Team", "we", "us" or "our") operates fundmyteam.com and the Fund My Team platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, organization or school, role, estimated team and participant counts, and anything you write in a message or form.
  • Account and organization data: if you use the platform, the profile, roster, schedule, communication and campaign information you or your organization enters.
  • Transaction information: records of donations, purchases or payouts processed through our fundraising products. Full payment card numbers are handled by our payment processors, not by us.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and similar log data collected automatically when you visit the website.

3. How we use information

  • to respond to early access requests and other inquiries;
  • to provide, operate, secure and improve the service;
  • to process fundraising transactions and provide reporting to organizations;
  • to send service-related and, where you have consented, SMS messages;
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Where SMS is offered, we collect your mobile number and your express written consent before sending text messages. Consent is optional and is never required to purchase or use the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We share mobile numbers with our messaging provider only as a service provider strictly for the purpose of delivering messages you asked to receive, and never for their own marketing.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the service — such as hosting, database, email, messaging and payment processing providers — under contracts that limit their use of the information, with your organization when you participate in it, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If our business is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, remember preferences and understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for the period required to meet legal, accounting, tax and reporting obligations. Early access inquiries are retained so we can follow up and maintain a record of consent.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children and participant information

The website and account creation are intended for adults. Organizations may enter information about minor participants in the platform; that information is provided and controlled by the organization, which is responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

10. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing email and SMS at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by those laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites, including our fundraising product Sprint Raise and payment processor pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. We will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. See also our Terms of Service.
